The Xala project is focused on the development of a luxury hotel, residences and condos with amenities such as spas, beach clubs, a hacienda and an agricultural component, among others.

Xala will directly benefit from the infrastructure spending in the region; the Government is building an International Airport in Costalegre, modernizing the highway 200 and expanding the highway to Puerto Vallarta. The Project will also benefit from the construction of the Puerto Vallarta bypass, which has been included as top priority project by President Peña Nieto.

The main Xala project concept is based around a “Hacienda Lifestyle by the Sea” with the master plan designed to incorporate the social and cultural elements of the region.
